How the audit works
- You submit this form. We confirm scope and send a credential checklist tailored to your VoIP provider.
- Your IT or office manager pastes the credentials into a secure form (10 to 20 minutes).
- We start listening to inbound and outbound calls. No phone tree changes, no agent disruption.
- After roughly a week of call data, we send you a written audit report and walk you through it on a call.
- If automation makes sense, we show you the math. If it doesn't, we tell you that too.
